General Terms

  • 2nd International Course on Comprehensive OSA Treatment (hereinafter the “Course”) is managed by the OSA Academy and organized my Prima komunikacije d.o.o., Celje, Slovenia.
  •  The Organizer is reserving the right to change the conference program and speakers, as well as cancel the Course without any prior notification. In case the Course is cancelled, all those who paid the registration fee will be notified via e-mail and their purchase fee will be reimbursed.
  • With registration, you fully accept our general terms.
  • Failing to pay the invoice does not automatically imply cancellation of the conference registration. In case you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us in written form at info@osa-academy.org.
  • All participants are required to show a form of identification when registering for the event at the Course’s venue. The participantion fees are bound to a person and are non-transferable.
  • Each registered participant receives an accreditation (name tag on a neck strap) when registering at the 2nd OSA Course Slovenia, which must be worn at all times during the Course.
  • By registering for the Course, the participants agreeing that the Organizer can use the photographs, as well as audio and video content that could possibly show participants. The Organizer is reserving the right to use these materials for promotional purposes, media and online publication, for research and/or educational purposes. The participants forgo the exercise of any kind of copyrights or other rights that pertain to their mention or image. The participants are aware that the Organizer is not undertaking any obligations for any possible damages caused by publication of these materials where the participants are mentioned or shown.
  • The users of online registration system, the participants agree that the Organizer can contact them via e-mail to notify them about the Course.
  • The Participants are attending the Course at their own responsibility. The Organizer shall not answer for any possible lost or damaged property or for possible injuries that occur at the Course. For more information please contact the organizer.

Registration

  • Fee prices are published on the OSA Academy website. Registering for the Course must be made through an online system.
  • Registration through an online form is confirmed when you receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • You can pay via credit card (via Stripe service). If you choose to pay via a proforma invoice the payment deadline is eight calendar days. The invoice will be issued after the Course. The price of the registration fee for the »early bird« registration is valid only when the invoice is paid within the determined deadline.

Cancellation pollicy

  • Failing to pay the invoice does not automatically imply cancellation of the conference registration. Only written requests received at info@osa-academy.org will be taken into consideration. 30 EUR + VAT cancellation costs are charged for cancellations before 31 March 2025. 50 EUR + VAT cancellation costs are charged for cancellations from  1 April to 20 April 2025. If you cancel your registration after this date, we will charge 100% registration fee as cancellation costs.
  • Only written requests received at info@osa-academy.org be will be taken into consideration.In the event the registered person cannot participate at the 2nd OSA Course Slovenia to force majeure it is possible to register a substitute participant in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

Payment

  • All payments for registration fees must be made in Euros (EUR). Prices are set out on the website www.osa-academy.org
  • VAT for entries and personal registrations is charged at 22% under ZDDV-1 Slovenian VAT rules.
  • If you wish to pay by bank transfer please use the bank account details on the proforma invoice (also written below). It is participant’s responsibility to cover all bank charges, otherwise registration(s) will not be processed. Please refer to your proforma invoice number when making your payment.
  • All invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided in the registration form. If you require the hard copy of your invoice to complete the payment, please make a request in writing at info@osa-academy.org
